  •  Allentown Fair– Allentown Fair Grounds – 302 N 17th Street, Allentown, PA 18104.  The Lehigh County Agricultural Society is the nonprofit owner and operator of The Allentown Fairgrounds and The Great Allentown Fair. The Fair is the fulfillment of the Society’s mission as stated in its bylaws.

September 2

  • First Friday in Lancaster City – City of Lancaster – 120 North Duke Street, Lancaster, PA 17608.  Downtown Lancaster springs to life from 5 to 9 pm the First Friday of each month. Art galleries, studios, museums, restaurants, shops, and attractions in downtown Lancaster stay open late while people from all over head downtown to enjoy the festive atmosphere, dining, art, and entertainment.
  • First Friday at Mt. Gretna – Downtown Mt. Gretna – Mt. Gretna, PA. Enjoy an evening with art, music and dining.  Area businesses will be open featuring a guest artist each month.  

September 2 – 4

  • Art & Craft Festival – Long’s Park – Route 30 & Harrisburg Pike, Lancaster, PA 17601.  Experience one of America’s top 50 fine art and craft shows! For three days shop and enjoy breathtaking creativity in a beautiful city park transformed into an outdoor gallery, just on the edge of historic downtown Lancaster.

September 3

  • Hospice Labor Day AuctionSolanco Fairgrounds101 Park Avenue
    Quarryville, PA 17566. The Hospice Labor Day Auction is a weekend filled with Amish food, vintage finds, raffles and thousands of auction items. This family-friendly and free event is a staple for many who look forward to it every year.

September 3 – 4

  • Duke’s End of Summer BBQ Bash – Dutch Wonderland Family Amusement Park – 2249 Lincoln HighwayLancaster, PA 17602. Celebrate the end of an exciting summer at Duke’s End of Summer BBQ Bash! Enjoy an all-you-care-to-eat picnic buffet, music and games.   • Heart of Lancaster Arts & Crafts Show – Root’s Country Market and Auction – 705 Graystone Road, Manheim, PA 17545.  Select Artists and Craftsmen from Pennsylvania and nearby states displaying their finest work. There is also a delicious variety of foods prepared for your eating pleasure live entertainment.

  • Thru September 24 – Yeston & Kopit’s Phantom – Dutch Apple Dinner Theatre – 510 Centerville Road, Lancaster, PA 17601. From the Tony Award-winning team of Maury Yeston and Arthur Kopit comes the exquisite masterpiece, Phantom in an epic and passionate tale of murder, intrigue and romance!
  • Thru October 8 – Crooners – American Music Theatre – 2425 Lincoln Highway East, Lancaster, PA 17602.  In this all-new AMT Original Show, our cast of multi-talented performers will celebrate the most popular and enduring songs from the 1920s through the 1950s, along with recent hits from today’s modern, soulful musicians.
  • Thru October 29 – Is There Life After 50? – Rainbow’s Comedy Playhouse – 3065 Lincoln Highway East, Paradise, 17562. Three couples, all past fifty, have been friends forever. Once a year they get together for a mini vacation and to catch up with their lives.
  • Thru October 30 – Pennsylvania Renaissance Faire – Pennsylvania Renaissance Faire – 2775 Lebanon Rd, Manheim, PA 17545.  Join us for the 35th Season of the Pennsylvania Renaissance Faire on the grounds of Mount Hope Estate! The castle gates swing wide-open for 13 weekends of mirth and merriment amidst jousting knights and royal delights!
