The Denver Fair

The Denver Fair is a vibrant, five-day community tradition held annually in mid-September at Denver Memorial Park in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. Established in 1981 by local volunteers, this non-profit event has maintained free admission since 1983, attracting over 40,000 visitors.

The fair celebrates the region’s agricultural roots with livestock shows, competitive exhibits for baked goods, and unique contests like hot wing eating or the baby parade. Families can enjoy a bustling midway featuring nearly 30 amusement rides, classic fair foods, and free nightly entertainment. The festivities traditionally conclude on Saturday night with a grand fireworks display.

The 2026 Denver Fair is scheduled for September 15 – 19.
