Posted in Recipes Blog on by .

“When the nippy winds blow at the spring mud sales or the fall street fairs, Lancaster County natives hug their steaming hot bowls of chicken corn soup, the ultimate comfort food of the area.  Comfort foods are familiar, simple foods that bring back family memories, often from childhood, and make people feel good while preparing the foods and then eating and sharing them with others.”
