Refreshing Mountain Retreat and Adventure Center in northern Lancaster County is bringing back their Christmas lights with three new ways to enjoy, a high-flying zipline thru the lights, a drive-thru of the lights, or a stay in their warm and cozy cabins- or all three! This is a Christmas event you won’t want to miss.
Zipline
With over 8 miles of Christmas light strands this year, you can choose two different Adventure Options you can take a ride on 2 separate ziplines and fly through a wooded winter wonderland.
Added to the ziplines are the elevated obstacle course with 22 challenges or the giant swing (35 ft pendulum swing!) all decked out in Christmas lights.
After you’re done, stop by the café and grab a warm beverage and food, the perfect complement as you sing Christmas carols by a toasty campfire.
A perfect Christmas activity in Lancaster County for teens and adults, even kids ages 5 and up can experience the fun of ziplining!
For only $39/person (save $13), you’ll get:

Drive-thru
New this year, drive-thru Christmas lights and support local non-profits serving the community while you do. Each weekend Refreshing Mountain will feature different local non-profits. At the end of the drive-thru is the option to donate to the non-profit, at the end of the weekend Refreshing Mountain will give 100% of the proceeds raised back to the non-profits. Cozy Cabin Stay-Whether you’re coming from near or far, this is the perfect Christmas getaway. All of the cabins are festive and decorated with lights. Enjoy the lights by zipline as well and save 15%. To cap your time off, drive 5 min to a local Christmas Tree farm in Lancaster where you can ride in a wagon, choose your tree, and take it home with you!
