The Travel Channel Visits the Pennsylvania Dutch Country
One of the Travel Channel’s most popular shows is Man v. Food Nation, a weekly program where host Adam Richman travels the country competing in American food challenges.
An episode of Man v. Food Nation will be more of a cultural experience than what is usually depicted in the show. It will include an Amish buggy ride, a tour of the gardens, and will show Adam in the kitchen cooking local favorites, such as chicken pot pie.
Plain & Fancy Farm is home to Lancaster County’s original Amish Farm Feast, and has been serving fresh-from-the-farm meals since 1959. Plain and Fancy is located on nine acres between Bird-in-Hand and Intercourse, PA, and is surrounded by Amish Country farmlands.
