Where Stay in Lancaster Along the Lincoln Highway East (U.S. Route 30)
If you are looking for bed and breakfasts or hotels near Dutch Wonderland or American Music Theatre and right in the middle of much of what there is to see and do in Lancaster County, then look along Route 30 East.
Route 30 is part of the Lincoln Highway that runs across the United States from the east coast to the west coast. And this strip through Lancaster County includes many of the attractions and popular points of interest to be found here. Arguably this would represent probably the most central location to much of what there is to see and do for visitors to Lancaster County.
However, if you’re looking for a more rural place to stay that is away from more of the traffic and congestion, you might want to check out the Bird-in-Hand or Intercourse areas along Route 340 just north of Route 30 or the Strasburg area to the south. Either way, you’ll find quality accommodations to meet your needs.
