Markets & Makers in Lancaster City

Each First Friday from May to October Ewell Plaza becomes a lively marketplace for local artisans!

Held in partnership with Pennsylvania College of Art & Design, Markets & Makers features an arts market which provides opportunities for emerging artists to show and sell their work and arts organizations hosting free make-and-take projects for all ages.

All year long, Lancaster City is host to large festivals, cultural events, block parties, and more! The City of Lancaster’s special events help us celebrate both the unique cultures and communities that call Lancaster home and attract visitors to Downtown Lancaster City.
