2018 Antique Tractor Pull Schedule Saturday April 28, 2018 The year’s first event, the Antique Tractor Pull will be held April 28th at Rough and Tumble. Come out to the pulling track and watch antique gas tractors complete pulling down the track!  Gates Open 8:00 AM. Tractor weigh-in starts at 8:00 AM. During this annual event, numerous galleries, museums, restaurants, and shops throughout downtown Lancaster host special exhibits, presentations, and entertainment. The highlight, always a crowd pleaser, is plowing with both steam traction engines and tractors (plowing to be held if weather is favorable).  The program is available here. Steam School 2017 at Rough & Tumble

Rough and Tumble offers several schools during the year with more info here. Steam School registration for takes place Friday morning at the "Time of Harvest" show in November for the following year. We take the first 27 students to sign up. In 2016, the 2017 school filled in 55 minutes so be at the show grounds early to sign up. Steam School takes place the weekend after Spring Steam Up. Blacksmith School Blacksmith School takes place in 2018 September 1st and September 3rd with students working on hot iron completing class projects. Students may sign up for either day of School. Saturday's class project is Basic Fundamentals needed for any project and Monday's project is Application of Basics in more advanced project.
