Adamstown is also home to a variety of local restaurants along with hotels, bed and breakfast inns, and a brewing company that hosts beer festivals throughout the year. The “Adamstown Antique Mile” is located along Route 272 between Lancaster and Reading in northeastern Lancaster County. It is just minutes from Exit 286 of the Pennsylvania Turnpike, and eight miles north of Ephrata (see our Lancaster map).
