Contemporary Community Art Exhibitions
The Lancaster Museum of Art supports local and regional artists with community-focused exhibitions and provides a facility for national traveling exhibitions. Established in 1965 by a group of artists and community leaders, the Lancaster Museum of Art moved to its present location in the Grubb Mansion, adjacent to Musser Park, in 1979. We aim to foster an appreciation of the visual arts that respects and recognizes all, and presents exhibitions as diverse as the communities we serve.
The Lancaster Museum of Art also provides a unique and inspiring venue for your special event. Your guests will experience the style and grace of the historic Grubb Mansion while surrounded by the art that adorns the Museum galleries.
