Mayor’s Tree Lighting – November 24, 2023
Kick off the holiday season with the Mayor’s Tree Lighting in Downtown Lancaster! On November 24, 2023, peruse the shops downtown for Black Friday deals and then head to Penn Square to enjoy live music and see Lancaster City’s mayor, Danene Sorace, light up the magnificent Christmas Tree. Christmas Lights Clipper Magazine Stadium
In November and December, Clipper Magazine Stadium transforms from a baseball diamond to a gorgeous winter wonderland. The Christmas Spirit Light Show is a one-of-a-kind Christmas light display that you and your family can enjoy from the comfort of your vehicle. As you journey through the mile-long track, tune into the Clipper Magazine radio as you are surrounded by hundreds of thousands of color-changing lights, animated and dancing in harmony with your favorite Christmas classics. Christmas at Strasburg Railroad
All aboard the Holiday Express! The Strasburg Railroad has a bevy of family-friendly activities on its calendar this winter, from Santa’s Paradise Express to a special evening reading of The Night Before Christmas aboard their Victorian Coach Car. Meet Santa at Dutch Wonderland
What could be better than a meet and greet with Santa in a castle? Add milk and cookies, and you have a can’t-miss event for little ones. Dutch Wonderland hosts one-on-one meetings with Santa throughout December, where young visitors can tell Santa what is on their wish list while enjoying some tasty treats. In the evening, Dutch Wonderland transforms into a spectacular twinkle light display, where visitors can drive through a dazzling display of Christmas lights twinkling along to holiday tunes.
White Christmas Fulton Theater
Escape for a cozy date night to enjoy White Christmas at the Fulton Theater! Based on the beloved, timeless film, this heartwarming musical adaptation features 17 Irving Berlin songs, including “Blue Skies,” “I Love A Piano,” and, of course, “White Christmas.” Running from November 17- December 31, The Fulton’s production is an uplifting musical celebrating family, holiday traditions, and counting your blessings.
