Tucked away on 17 acres of wooded landscape, the natural beauty at Rocky Springs Bed & Breakfast and Cottage provides a tranquil spot to relax and rejuvenate.

Our Mansion House features spacious, air-conditioned guest rooms with private baths and many amenities. The first-floor guest room is fully wheelchair accessible.

Rocky Springs’ multi-course breakfast is always a delicious experience that can be enjoyed in the dining room or on the deck that overlooks our scenic grounds.

The Cottage

The Cottage located beside the Mansion House is the perfect place for a honeymoon or romantic getaway. Complete with a kitchenette, a luxurious bath, and a private patio offering views along the Conestoga River. Breakfast is delivered to the cottage each morning.

Our History

We’re located on the former site of the historic Rocky Springs Amusement Park, and a stroll through the property will take you past some former attractions from those golden days of fun.
