This rail trail begins along Shaeffer Aly in downtown Ephrata, and heads southwest out of Ephrata to join with the Conestoga Trail at Millway Road. It runs north as part of the Conestoga Trail until it breaks off on its own at Picnic Woods Road (near Millway Road), just west of Akron.
