Orientiq Silk Road Carpets sells intricately woven oriental carpets. Started as a way for small carpet weavers in Afghanistan and Pakistan to make a living, Orientiq’s motto is “Weave Hope, One Rug at a Time”! Every purchase allows widows and other families to make a living weaving beautiful oriental carpets.
Each rug is made from locally sourced animal wool and natural vegetable dyes. It is then prepared and woven into carpets by hand before it is shipped to the United States where it is sold in Lancaster County and on the website.

Orientiq offers quite a few designs to choose from, including Kilim, Persian, Mogul, Oushak, Ersari, Mamluk, Khorjin, and Kazak carpet designs. Each rug reflects a part of regional culture and design. Check out all the options available.

The carpets from Orientiq can be separated into collections. The Noorzai Collection is a group of rugs that have been made by widows, orphans, and families. The Elvan Collection is a group of hand-made rugs that would fall under the traditional Turkmen category of carpets.
