Our pet friendly retirement community offers both cottages and apartments. Residents at United Zion enjoy a vibrant community located just minutes from downtown Lititz. Enjoy being close to everything while maintaining your independence and having friends nearby. Coming in 2025 will be a brand new apartment building called Cedar Heights. The Cedar Heights apartments will offer 1 bedroom, 1 bedroom with a den and 2 bedroom options, as well as new common spaces.

Personal Care Services

United Zion’s Personal Care services support your needs of daily living so you can enjoy your independence. We offer private rooms and private two-room suites, customized services, and chef-prepared meals. Our staff is available 24/7 to assist you.

Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation Care

For individuals with more complex health needs, United Zion offers 24-hour professional skilled nursing care. Our compassionate, person-centered, approach coordinates nursing care with rehabilitation services to promote each person’s maximum level of independence. Our private accommodations provide you with a quiet haven while offering nearby common areas, comfortable dining, and social and recreational activities.
