Wellness + Cryotherapy Services
Our services are designed to hyper stimulate the body’s natural defenses and to help you feel better after each visit with us.
Services we offer include:
- Cryotherapy: A 3-minute treatment that reduces inflammation, alleviates pain, and more.
- Cryoskin: Non-invasive treatment for slimming and toning your skin.
- IV Drip: Give your body essential nutrients it’s lacking. Results can be felt immediately!
- Compression Therapy: The sequential pressure helps to promote better blood flow and speed up the body’s normal recovery process.
PBM Therapy: Photobiomodulation (PBM) uses near infrared (NIR) light to reduce pain, inflammation and edema, and aid in recovery. - Infrared Sauna: A 30-minute infrared sauna that will leave you feeling rejuvenated.
- Micronutrient Testing: This test determines how your body is absorbing and utilizing the nutrients you’re giving it with easy-to-read results.
- Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy: HbOT has been shown to heal traumatic brain injuries and heal tissue that is generally slow to recover.
- Stretch Base: Our educated stretch therapists with guide you through stretches that will improve your flexibility and promote healthy body movement.
Monthly Membership Plans
We have three membership levels: Restore Membership, Wellness Membership, and Daily Membership designed to meet different needs.
Membership allows you to choose from services offered in your membership plan, plus special discounts on services not included in your membership.

Location & Hours
We are located near the Starbucks and Fuddrucker’s in the Lime Spring Square on Rohrerstown Road.
Our regular hours are:
- Sunday: 12pm – 4pm,
- Monday – Friday: 10am – 7pm
- Saturday: 9am – 5pm.
