Country Road Cycles gives people an opportunity to rent motorcycles, scooters, and bicycles to explore the beautiful Lancaster County countryside.

They teach you what you need to know about handling the scooters and cycles, and let you test drive them in the parking lot before going out on the road. They also offer free maps so you can take self-guided tours to a local Amish farm, roadside stand, and other points of interest. But don't forget to enjoy the beautiful farm scenery along the way!

You start your rental at their country location in Bird-in-Hand, next to the Bird-in-Hand Restaurant. Here, there is much less traffic so you can more easily adjust to riding instead of having to content with busy, multi-land traffic right from the start. Take off on the scenic backroads of Lancaster County and enjoy this unique experience.

Scooter Rentals

Scooters are available for 2 hours or longer, and even overnight. A free tank of gas (good for 100 miles) is included with your rental.

They can even deliver the scooter right to your hotel, bed and breakfast, or campground.

You must have a valid drivers license and be at least 18 years old to rent a scooter.

Motorcycle Rentals

You can rent a motorcycle for the afternoon or rent one to take a cross-country trip. Country Road Cycles offers late model motorcycles that are well-maintained.  (You can even rent a Can-Am Spyder RT-S, one of those three-wheeled motorcycles.)

Bicycle Rentals

For as little as $10.00 per hour you can rent a high quality Raleigh Hybrid bicycle and explore the backroads of Lancaster County. What a wonderful way to enjoy Lancaster County!
