Plain Living Series: Politics and Lancaster’s Amish, Wednesday, April 27, 7 p.m. | Garden Spot Village Chapel

Dr. Steven M. Nolt, director of Elizabethtown College’s Young Center for Anabaptist and Pietist Studies, describes and interprets data gathered about the Amish vote during the 2016 election cycle.

Mennonite Life and Garden Spot Village will co-host a series on the role of the Amish and Mennonite in the community, as well as stories from the Amish and Mennonite on their experiences. These events will be held on Wednesday evenings at 7 p.m. from April 27 to May 11, and will be hosted at Garden Spot Village (located at 433 S Kinzer Avenue in New Holland) in the Chapel. Each evening will be free to attend without registration.
