Long’s Park – 2012
Over their 50-year history this may be the finest group of musicians ever brought to the Long’s Park stage in just one season. This summer treat yourself to 14 nights of absolutely stunning, eclectic music… from blues, jazz, Southern rock, bluegrass, patriotic, country and zydeco to Celtic, world music, gypsy and Latin jazz. And each and every concert is free, thanks to our sponsors and your support of the Long’s Park Art & Craft Festival.
Please bring your blankets and lawn chairs and picnic in the park or visit one of the food vendors. Long’s Park is an alcohol-free park.
All concerts begin at 7:30 pm.

A classical Fourth of July bonus concert!
City Rhythm Orchestra
A celebration of Stan Kenton’s 100th birthday with this 23-piece orchestra’s retrospective of his big band jazz and swing from the 40s, 50s and 60s.
One of the world’s greatest fusion bass guitarists and his jazz/funk band.
The hot California-based, roots rock band whose spare, earthy sound was showcased last summer on “Late Night with David Letterman.”
March Fourth Marching Band
The wackiest band of costumed musicians and pulsing percussion and brass ever seen. Fire eaters and stilt walkers, too.
